學術痛點與解決方案
土壤有機質分解速率(R)對溫度變化的響應非常敏感。溫度敏感性參數(shù)(Q10)可以刻畫土壤有機質分解對溫度變化的響應程度。
Q10是指溫度每升高10℃,R所增加的倍數(shù);Q10值越大,表明土壤有機質分解對溫度變化就越敏感。Q10不僅取決于有機質分子的固有動力學屬性,也受到環(huán)境條件的限制。Q10能抽象地描述土壤有機質分解對溫度變化的響應,在不同生態(tài)類型系統(tǒng)、不同研究間架起了一個規(guī)范的和可比較的參數(shù),因此其研究意義重大。


以往Q10研究通過選取較少的溫度梯度(3-5個點)進行測量,從而導致不同土壤的呼吸對溫度變化擬合相似度高的問題無法被克服。Robinson最近的研究(2017)指出,最低20個溫度梯度擬合土壤呼吸對溫度的響應曲線可以有效解決上述問題。


PRI-8800全自動變溫培養(yǎng)土壤溫室氣體在線測量系統(tǒng),為Q10研究提供高效、精準的整體解決方案。不僅能用于測量Q10對環(huán)境變量主控溫度因子的響應,也能用于測量其對土壤含水量、酶促反應、有機底物、土壤生物及時空變異等的響應。
